Supervisory Career Management Program

We offer a management program to train people who are early in their career how to supervise financial institutions. This program offers challenging and rewarding work assignments.

In the program, you’ll join one of three streams:

• Insurance
• Deposit-taking
• Risk support

Over the course of two and a half years, you’ll rotate through the streams to experience the challenges and opportunities of each.

In this program, you'll:

• develop analytical, management, and presentation skills
• become familiar with our organization and its operations
• learn about the financial industry
• learn about federal and provincial legislations and regulations
• develop problem solving and project management skills
• gain teamwork and cooperation skills
• learn how to manage risks
• develop financial analysis skills
• apply supervisory techniques and principles
