Planning a visit to an OSFI office? Here is what you should do: 

1. Inform OSFI Security of your visit at least 3 days in advance, or as soon as you are aware of the visit. Foreign delegations or international visitors access require up to 1 month of advance notice.
   • Include the name of the individual you will be visiting
2. When you arrive at the office, report to the Security desk to receive a visitor badge at the following locations:
   • Ottawa office: 12th floor
   • Montreal office: 5th floor
   • Toronto office: 19th floor
   • Vancouver office: 7th floor
3. Bring your identification to the Security desk for name verification. Please note that if the name does not match the expected visitor, there may be processing delays.
4. The OSFI employee you are visiting will escort you around the office during your visit.
5. At the end of your visit, return the visitor badge to Security before leaving the office.
6. If you have any questions, contact OSFI Security or your OSFI contact for your visit.
