Directives of the Superintendent pursuant to the Pooled Registered Pension Plans Act (effective February 25, 2021)

Further to subsection 58(4), every document required to be filed under section 58 of the Pooled Registered Pension Plans Act must be filed within four months after the end of the year to which the document relates.
