How Do I File a Complaint?

If you are not satisfied with the manner in which your request was processed under the Access to Information Act, you have the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of Canada:

If you are not satisfied with the manner in which your request was processed under the Privacy Act, you have the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada:

Ottawa, Ontario  K1A 1H3

In either scenario, you may wish to contact us before doing so as we may be able to rectify the situation or may be able to more clearly explain why we could not provide the information to you.
